You go down the steps along the left side of home to the water level unit of Duplex. The entry is on the wind-protected deck with Hot Tub/Spa and Propane BBQ. The entry door is to your right, and you enter into the living room with TV, DVD and a Full size sofa bed straight ahead. The den area, with sofa, is up one step to the right. To the left of the entry is a fireplace. Proceeding straight ahead you come to the fully equipped Kitchen on the right, and dining area to the left. Continuing straight ahead you come to the Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, then to the Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, and to your right is the second Bedroom with Queen size bed. Located on the water, and within easy walking distance of Restaurants, Gift Shops, Grocery Stores, etc. This home has a Gas BBQ.
