"Birdie House" Walk Through Description
You enter this elegant home into the large Great Room with impressive 36" double sided gas fireplace. To the left of entry is study with desk area perfect for getting a little work done while you're enjoying the coast. Ahead is living area with large flat panel TV, DVD, VCR, Nintendo Wii, and Piano. To the right is gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including gas stove, and a bar with three stools. Kitchen also has its own flat screen TV, DVD player, and VCR. Dining area features table seating 8, and slider door leading out to large deck. There are breathtaking ocean views from the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Returning to the entry, to your left is hallway with Master Suite on right. Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, and a slider door leading out to the deck. Master Bathroom has a shower. Continuing left down hall, there is a Full Bathroom with tub/shower. At the end of the hall are two Bedrooms, both with Queen size beds. The bedroom on the right has its own TV. Returning to the entry and turning right, you pass the laundry room and half Bathroom. A flight of stairs leads past the door to the garage, down to the Den with Queen size sofa bed, TV, gas fireplace, and kitchenette with small refrigerator, separate wine cooler, microwave, sink, and bar. There is a half bath off of the Den. This home has a Gas BBQ.

The second we walked in the door at the “Birdie House” we were amazed at the phenomenal 180 degree Ocean views and golf course views, the layout of the home with all the windows, the cleanliness of the house, oh yeah and Wii…I think my husband is hooked! Not to mention the fact that we were able to bring our four legged family member. What a treat! Thank you so much, we WILL be back!"
