Just above the 1st Tee of the Bodega Harbour Golf Links this multi level contemporary Home is right THERE! A short walk to the Golf Shop, Club House, Blue Water Bistro Restaurant and access to Doran Beach. You enter this home into an open entryway with hallway to your right that leads to the Family Room with a large screen panel TV, futon sleeper and a ping pong table. There is a small private deck area off this room. To the left of the entrance is the large, fully equipped Kitchen.

Turning clockwise you come to the Dining Room area with slider doors out to a viewing deck area and gas BBQ. Continuing back to the right is the Living Room with large view windows facing the Pacific Ocean. Eight steps going up lead to the office area, Master Bedroom with queen size bed and two steps down to the Master Bathroom with double vanity and large shower. Back to the entry area are steps leading down to the lower level sleeping area.

To your right is a double vanity, full bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub and entrance to the Laundry Room with washer and dryer. At the end of the hallway is the door to the lower private Deck. On the left, there is a Bedroom with a king size bed and TV. Further down the hallway is a third Bedroom with a queen size bed and TV. Gas BBQ.
