Bodega Bay & Beyond, a family-owned company, has managed homes in the Bodega Bay area for over 30 years. We take pride in being the longest standing Property Management Company in the area with a solid team of diligent, local staff able to care for your home. We have become a cherished family tradition for our guests who stay with us year after year.

Many of our homeowners have been with us since the beginning because of the care we put into the management of their investment here on the Sonoma Coast. We are pleased to provide property owners a comprehensive Vacation Home Rental Management program. Successful Vacation Rental property management requires a focused marketing effort and management plan and a commitment to details and schedules in order to earn repeat business and meet the needs of today’s demanding guests. Our Cleaning Staff is all in-house, full-time employees with benefits. We do not sub-contract out to other cleaning services that would risk providing you or your guests with inconsistent care.
