Once you arrive you notice the details and care of design this home offers each guest. The stamped driveway leads you to off-street parking and two garages, (one large and one small) each available for your use. Entry from the garage or the private enclosed court provides guests with a hint of quality that awaits them. Both the door to the court, and the entrance door to the home, have doorbells announcing visitors. The fountain in the court sets the mood for the water views you will soon see.

This split-level home, provides a guest half-bath, and a laundry room for your longer stays, whether you enter from the front door or the garage. Up a few stairs is the Great Room, featuring a large gourmet kitchen, a large dining table, a sitting area with a 55”TV and a fireplace, views of the bay, the ocean, the entire second hole of the golf course, and the reason for the name “Cypress Row”.

The kitchen has a large island with two sinks, a dishwasher, storage drawers, and stools for snacking. A second large stone counter, with a 5 burner GE “Café” countertop gas stove, and an abundance of large drawers and cabinets filled with cooking utensils and kitchen furnishings. Other GE Monogram appliances include a built-in refrigerator, a large oven, and “Advantium” micro-wave oven.

Honed travertine floors throughout make the area flow easily for your enjoyment. For your convenience, all of the shades for the many view windows in the Great Room are operated simply by handheld remotes. From the Great Room, you can step out onto a deck having the same views. This deck is connected to the Mater Bedroom, and has spiral stairs down to the rear patio which has seating for 6 or more, and a six person hot tub. This area is pretty well sheltered from the normal afternoon breezes. Please Note: This home does have a firm 4-person maximum.

Back inside, the Master Suite has an in-cabinet TV, a double (see through) propane fireplace with the living room area. A privacy screen is part of the bedroom décor. The bath has a very large shower, with dual shower heads, that continues the spa feeling and details of quality.

Downstairs you will find a large Family Room with a built-in projection TV, a Connelly pool table, a card/game table, casual seating, a built-in desk, and a built-in mini-refrigerator, and a sink. A propane bar-b-que is located outside of the family room, and there is direct access to the lower patio and hot tub.

Downstairs you will also find the private and comfortable second bedroom, which like the Master, has a Cal-King sized bed, and its bathroom is just a couple steps away, and like the master bathroom, it has dual shower heads.
