Set just moments from the shoreline, the residence welcomes you with a generous, light-filled great room featuring vaulted ceilings and panoramic views. An electric fireplace anchors the space, offering warmth and ambiance as the evening light fades over the bay.



The kitchen blends elegance and utility with sleek quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, and a thoughtful design that flows naturally into the adjoining dining area and spacious living room—ideal for shared meals or relaxed conversation surrounded by the glow of sunset.



Along with the great room, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and kitchen, the first bedroom can serve guests who prefer minimal stairs. This room, along with the other two bedrooms, includes a king-sized bed with updated décor and upgraded linens.



Upstairs, a sleeping loft furnished with both a queen and twin sofa bed is perfect for kids or extra guests. The primary suite is a tranquil retreat with a king bed, private ensuite bath, and access to the upper deck, where guests can enjoy the coastal breeze and sweeping views. The second upstairs bedroom, also with a king bed, has access to the third full bathroom. This bathroom is also accessible to guests staying in the loft. The upstairs deck, accessible from both the loft and the primary suite, provides open ocean views and is a perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or stargazing over the coastline.



Outdoors, off the kitchen and dining room, a shaded patio offers guests a place to unwind in the hot tub, gather around the propane firepit, or simply relax beneath the night sky. The patio opens toward the 14th fairway of Bodega Harbour’s golf course, creating a serene backdrop of green and sea air.
