To the immediate Right is the Laundry room with Clothes Washer and Dryer. Straight ahead, through the dining area, is the fully equipped Kitchen with an electric range. Continuing to the right is a bathroom with tub, and then the 1st bedroom with Queen bed. Next is the large living room area with Large, flat Panel TV, and door going out to private Patio area with a table and chairs and BBQ. At the farthest end of the living room is a door to another sunroom featuring a beautiful deck with ocean and rolling pasture views. Continuing on is the master bedroom with Queen bed, sliding glass door to the front deck, and bathroom with walk-in Shower.
