This home welcomes you with a open and bright ranch design. This updated one level, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is in peaceful Sereno Del Mar, between Bodega Bay and Jenner, gateway to the Russian River and the Wine Country. It’s short walk to pet friendly Portuguese Beach. Views of the ocean from the living room, decks and the master bedroom! More sunshine than most areas on the North Coast. The driveway is flat and wide, with turn around and plenty of space for children to play on. The home is located in a quiet residential area with a cul-de-sac.

The front entry way has space to put on/take off shoes, to hang your jackets, and the welcome home packet. This is an open-plan home. At the front is the dining room with a large dining room table with 8 chairs. At the center is the living room with a two seater sofa, single seater sofa, and chairs – all in front of a very cozy gas fireplace that turns on with a switch. There is an alcove with a desk and chair to meet your work from home needs. There is a big flatscreen TV and the house has WIFI Along the right side is the fully equipped kitchen with counter and four bar stools. The kitchen has a gas burning range, oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and hot water kettle.

Outside to the left of the home is a private sitting area with propane BBQ and chairs. The back door entry has a deck area with ocean views and provides a great location to take in the surroundings, enjoy early-morning coffees and meals with friends and family. There is a table and chairs, three steps up from the BBQ area.

The first room is the master bedroom, with a king bed, flat screen TV, Deck with ocean views. The room is connected to a bathroom with a shower. Proceeding down the hall is the second bedroom with two twin beds. Further down the hall is the third bedroom with a queen bed. At the end of the hall is the second bathroom with a shower/tub. The 2-car garage has washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach toys, high-chair, stroller and scooters.

Closets in the hallway hold an extra card table and cleaning supplies.

This home is spacious and charming at the same time. Enjoy the real feeling of ‘Welcome” at this Home. You’ll want to come back again.

*California State Beaches are not dog friendly and include Bodega Dunes State Park, Colman Beach, Miwok Beach and Salmon Creek Beaches. All Sonoma County Beaches and Parks allow dogs. Portuguese Beach, which is walking distance from the home DOES allow dogs.
